In collaboration with the developer, the main goal of this row house project was to create a modern living environment that seamlessly blends with the surrounding nature. The architecture emphasizes a variety of colors and textures, resulting in a visually dynamic composition that stands out from other similar developments.
The façade materials have been carefully selected to reflect elements of nature—stone, wood, and sand—each playing a crucial role in connecting the architecture with its environment. The use of natural materials not only enhances the aesthetic value but also strengthens the building’s connection to the surrounding landscape.
Privacy was a central focus of the design, with each living space featuring spacious and covered rooftop terraces as well as ground-level terraces separated from one another. The spaces within the building have been carefully designed to provide each family and its members with privacy and a comfortable living space, fostering both a connection with nature and among family members.
