Koiduvalguse Villa

This 1,5-storey detached house proposal is located on the embankment of the Narva River. The idea was to create a building that would mainly serve as a house for a single family and if needed it could be transformed into a venue for local events. The building has a double-pitched roof, providing the interior with generously high ceilings especially in the living/party room area. The facade facing the river is equipped with a large glass facade that opens to a elevated terrace, that leads to a small pier on the lake for boats. In order to keep the structure safe from flooding, the building has been elevated on post foundation to provide a bigger clearance from the soil.
